Notice of Zoning Board Hearing; RE: Pollpeter Properties

TOWN OF ASHFORD

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE  that on April 24, 2018, immediately following the Planning Committee’s recommendation  at the Town of Ashford Hall, N1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. The Zoning Board of the Town of Ashford will receive its recommendation of the Planning Committee concerning the application of Pollpeter Properties LLC/Steve Pollpeter, N1475 Hwy V., Campbellsport, WI 53010. Compass Surveying LLC,  N3756 Hickory Rd. Fond du Lac, WI 54937 is initiating the rezoning. Purpose of rezoning is to divide a 2.221 acre lot from the original farm parcel which  includes the existing barn and assorted outbuildings on the North side of Century Drive. Outlot 1 shall be 2 acre lot remaining acreage  falls within the road-right-of-way of Century Dr. and will be dedicated to the Town of Ashford via the Certified Survey map. Rezoning will be Farmland Preservation to General Residential.

Location: A part of the SE ¼ of the NE

Section 24 T13N-R18E, Town of Ashford, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin

The Zoning Board will consider the Planning Committee’s recommendations as well as comments from the public. The Zoning Board will take final action on the application at this meeting. The meeting is open to the public.
