Town Board Meetings are always held the first Monday of the month (the second Monday of the month if the first Monday is a holiday) at 7 pm at the Town Hall. Agendas are published in the Campbellsport News the week before the meeting and are posted at the Town Dump, Town, Hall, Urban’s Grocery in Ashford, and on this website under “Agendas.”

Q: Where can I get copies of my tax bills?

Copies of current and previous years tax bills are also available from the Town of Ashford Treasurer along with current and one previous year’s tax payment receipts.
Q: Do you accept the postmark date on mailed payments?
A: Yes, per Wisconsin Statute 74.69. Carefully check where and when you are mailing payment to insure it is going to the right place.
Q: How do I change my address?

A: You need to enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope with your payment to receive a receipt.

A: All payments made on or before January 31 of each calendar year are payable to the Town of Ashford Treasurer. All second installment payments and payments made after the January 31 deadline are payable to: Fond du Lac County Treasurer, 160 S Macy Street, PO Box 1515, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin 54936-1515
Q: How do I change my name on my Property Tax Bill?
A: Record a deed in the Register of Deeds Office. (http://www.fdlco.wi.gov/Index.aspx?page=77); phone: 920.929.3018. Note: The Town of Ashford Treasurer cannot make a name change on property tax bills.
Q: When will I receive my Tax Bill?
A: Tax bills are mailed by the Town of Ashford treasurer in December of each year. The bills will include an informational letter that includes collection dates and times along with the collection address.
Q: What if I have a question about the assessed value of my property?

TOWN OF ASHFORD TAX PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Make checks payable to: Town of Ashford
2) Payments by mail are greatly appreciated. They must be postmarked by January 31.
3) Tax Payment can be made by check or money order – CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
4) Enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope if you would like a receipt sent to you.
5) Enclose correct stub from bottom of each tax bill and, if you have multiple parcels, double-check the total owed. DO NOT send the original tax bill.
6) If paying in installments, the 1st installment is due to the Town of Ashford Treasurer by January 31. The second installment is due to the County Treasurer by July 31. Mail 2nd installment payments to: Fond du Lac County Treasurer, 160 Macy Street, P.O. Box 1515, Fond du Lac, WI 54936-1515.
Town Hall Rental FAQs
The Ashford Town Hall, located at N1410 Rolling Drive, Campbellsport, WI is available for rent for graduations, anniversaries, birthday parties, family reunions, youth groups, business gatherings, etc.
There are tables and chairs at the hall, a refrigerator and bathroom facilities. Please note, there is no stove or oven but there are electrical outlets along a countertop for slow cookers and roasters. There is also no cookware, dishware or silverware at the Town Hall.
The hall must be put back in the order it was found after the gathering is over, including sweeping the floor and removing all garbage.
