April 5, 2010 Minutes of March 1, 2010 Town Board Meeting
TOWN OF ASHFORD-MINUTES OF THE MARCH REG. MEETING
03/01/10 6 people present
Meeting was called to order by Chairman Joe Koch, Roll Call: Joe Koch,
Bob Burg. The Clerk and Treasurer were also present. Dwain Knuth was
sick. The Agenda was approved by Bob Burg and 2nd by Joe Koch. The
Pledge of Allegiance was said and the minutes of the February meeting
were changed back to $18.00 for anything to do with Hwy along with
traveling, $10.00 is only for cleaning up the shop and was approved by
Joe Koch and 2nd by Bob Burg. The Treasurers report was read and was
approved by Bob Burg and 2nd by Joe Koch. Building Inspector wasn’t
present. Payment of the Bills was read and approved by Joe Koch and
2nd by Bob Burg. Bob Burg mentioned the new guideline for recycling
plastics with a # 1 through # 7 now can be recycled. Dennis Peterman
will get a mileage rate of .50 starting in March. Next meeting is
scheduled for April 5, 2010. Motion to adjourn by Bob Burg and 2nd by
Joe Koch.
