TOWN OF ASHFORD
MINUTES OF THE MARCH REG. MEETING
March 2, 2009
7 people present
Meeting was called to order by Chairman Joe Koch, Roll Call: Joe Koch,
Randy Sinotte, Bob Burg. The Clerk and Treasurer were also present.
The Agenda was approved by Randy Sinotte and 2nd by Bob Burg. The
Pledge of Allegiance was said and the minutes of the February meeting
were approved by Randy Sinotte and 2nd by Bob Burg. The Treasurers
report was read and was approved by Bob Burg and 2nd by Randy Sinotte.
Building Inspector wasn’t present and had nothing. Payment of the
Bills was read and approved by Randy Sinotte and 2nd by Bob Burg.
Larry Fleischman was at meeting to state his side of the story. Larry
received a letter from an Ashford resident and was upset about what
the letter said. He mentioned anyone can go through his books he gets
his sand from supplies, the sand was taken to Tom’s Custom Millwork
for the parking lot and the rest was put in building. Tony Fleischman
mentioned that Tom Fleischman will probably get sand/salt mixture
elsewhere next year, doesn’t want what happened this year to happen
again, was disappointed it had to go this way. Town will publish bids
for snowplows and the town board will open and look at them at next
meeting. Survey map for Tim Bong was put on hold, because didn’t
understand it, Joe was going to contact Sam Tobias at Planning Dept.
Next meeting is scheduled for April 6,2009. Motion to adjourn by Randy
Sinotte and 2nd by Bob Burg
