December 2, 2008 Minutes of November Regular Meeting
TOWN OF ASHFORD
MINUTES OF THE NOVEMBER REG. MEETING
November 3, 2008
6 people present
Meeting was called to order by Chairman Joe Koch, Roll Call: Joe Koch,
Randy Sinotte, Bob Burg. The Clerk and Treasurer were also present.
The Agenda was approved by Randy Sinotte and 2nd by Bob Burg. The
Pledge of Allegiance was said and the minutes of the October meeting
were approved by Randy Sinotte and 2nd by Bob Burg, with the exception
of changing cemetery use to ceremonial use. The Treasurers report was
read and was approved by Randy Sinotte and 2nd by Bob Burg. Building
Inspector had 2 new homes and a deck and was approved by Bob Burg and
2nd by Randy Sinotte. Payment of the Bills was read and approved by
Randy Sinotte and 2nd by Bob Burg. Public Opinion was to put the 2
Ordinaces in the paper so the board can act on the at the Public
Hearing on December 1, 2008, with the exception to delete sentence in
Section 1.015.050 in the Adult-Oriented Establishment Ordinance Motion
to approve by Bob Burg and 2nd By Randy Sinotte. Randy Bartelt was
with the ATV club to see if they could use Haven Drive to get to
Elmore, Sheriff’s dept said ATV’s are not legal on public roads, the
board turned them down for liability reasons. Survey maps there were
none. Next meeting is scheduled for December 1,2008. Motion to
adjourn by Randy Sinotte and 2nd by Bob Burg
