January 5, 2010 Minutes of Dec 7, 2009 Town Board Meeting
TOWN OF ASHFORD MINUTES OF THE DECEMBER REG. MEETING December 7,2009 10 people present Meeting was called to order by Chairman Joe Koch, Roll Call: Joe Koch, Bob Burg, Dwain Knuth. The Clerk and Treasurer were also present. The Agenda was approved by Dwain Knuth and 2nd by Bob Burg. The Pledge of Allegiance was said and the minutes of the November meeting were approved by Dwain Knuth and 2nd by Bob Burg. The Treasurers report was read and was approved by Dwain Knuth and 2nd by Bob Burg. Building Inspector wasn’t present. Payment of the Bills was read and approved by Dwain Knuth and 2nd by Bob Burg. Highway Department had survey map for garage in the Town of Ashford and was approved by Dwain Knuth and 2nd by Bob Burg. Jake Batzler had a map for an extension of 6 acres to be added on to his existing gravel pit of 10 acres. The owners Jeff Steger and John Gudex had no objections to the extension of 6 acres. Had 6 operator licenses all were approved by Dwain and 2nd by Bob Burg. Dwain Knuth explained to the snowplow drivers the log sheets that need to be filled out starting January 1, 2010. Drivers had no objections to filling out the sheets. Joe Koch did mention to them we’ll try it for a couple of months and see how things go. Public Opinion Bob Burg asked about the extended warranty, will have the salesman come and explain to the board what’s covered and what’s not. Will not be going with the automatic autogreaser.
