July 20, 2010 Minutes of June 7, 2010 Town Board Meeting
TOWN OF ASHFORD - MINUTES OF THE JUNE REG. MEETING
06/07/10 4 people present
Meeting was called to order by Chairman Joe Koch, Roll Call: Joe Koch,
Bob Burg and Dwain Knuth. The Clerk and Treasurer were also present.
The Agenda was approved by Dwain Knuth and 2nd by Bob Burg. The Pledge
of Allegiance was said and the minutes of the May meeting were
approved by Dwain Knuth and 2nd by Bob Burg. The Treasurers report was
read and was approved by Bob Burg and 2nd by Dwain Knuth. Building
Inspector wasn’t present. Payment of the Bills was read and approved
by Dwain Knuth and 2nd by Bob Burg. A 4-way stop sign will be put up
at the intersection of Lake Bernice Dr. and Badger Dr. Speed limit
sign will stay at 55mph, will put up yellow and black reflector sins
to slow traffic down a bit. The new Assessor will be Bill Kiekhafer,
he will get paid the same as Frank Rebedow did $8000.00.Approved by
Dwain Knuth and 2nd by Bob Burg. The Special Gathering license for St.
Martin’s Church was approved by Dwain Knuth and 2nd by Bob Burg. Will
discuss Zoning Ordinance at the July 19, 2010 meeting, so everyone can
get a chance to look at the information send from the Attorney St.
Peter. The only road bid was from Scott Construction for $153,099.00.
Approved by Dwain Knuth and 2nd by Bob Burg. Public Opinion was Dwain
Knuth wanted a fireworks permit and Joe Koch signed it . Next meeting
is scheduled for July19, 2010. Motion to adjourn by Dwain Knuth and
2nd by Bob Burg.
