May 4, 2010 Minutes of April 5, 2010 Town Board Meeting
TOWN OF ASHFORD-MINUTES OF THE APRIL REG. MEETING
04/05/10 6 people present
Meeting was called to order by Chairman Joe Koch, Roll Call: Joe Koch,
Bob Burg and Dwain Knuth. The Clerk and Treasurer were also present.
The Agenda was approved by Bob Burg and 2nd by Dwain Knuth. The Pledge
of Allegiance was said and the minutes of the March meeting were
approved by Bob Burg and 2nd by Joe Koch. The Treasurers report was
read and Doreen is going to put another $50,000.00 in a 6 month CD
with a 1% interest and was approved by Dwain Knuth and 2nd by Bob
Burg. Building Inspector wasn’t present. Payment of the Bills was read
and approved by Dwain Knuth and 2nd by Bob Burg. Bob Burg said he
filed for the recycling grant it won’t be as much as it was last year.
Survey map for Tim and Jodi Schrauth was approved by Dwain Knuth and
2nd Bob Burg. The Town Board adopted a new rezoning application this
application now includes the new conversion fee and was approved by
Bob Burg and 2nd by Dwain Knuth. Jake Batzler was told by the County
to get a special use permit and have the Town Board sign it for his
pit, it was approved by Dwain Knuth and 2nd by Bob Burg and was signed
by Joe Koch. Next meeting is scheduled for May 3, 2010. Motion to
adjourn by Bob Burg and 2nd by Dwain Knuth.
