TOWN OF ASHFORD
MINUTES OF THE SEPTEMBER REG. MEETING
September 14,2009

Meeting was called to order by Chairman Joe Koch, Roll Call: Joe Koch,
Bob Burg, Dwain Knuth. The Clerk and Treasurer were also present.
The Agenda was approved by Dwain Knuth and 2nd by Bob Burg. The Pledge
of Allegiance was said and the minutes of the August meeting were
approved by Bob Burg and 2nd by Dwain Knuth.
The Treasurers report was read and was approved by Dwain Knuth and 2nd
by Bob Burg. Building Inspector wasn’t present.
Payment of the Bills was read and approved by Dwain Knuth and 2nd by
Bob Burg.
Dwain had 2 companies to wax and clean the hall floor the 1st one was
service master for $650.00 and the 2nd one was FDL Cleaning for
$450.00 with the option of putting a hardener on in about 3 weeks or
so that would be an extra $100.00. Bob Burg made a motion to go with
FDL Cleaning and Joe Koch 2nd it.
Public Opinion new tables for in the hall would be about $75.00 at
Menards, Dwain Knuth did have other prices he found on the internet,
but pictures weren’t that good to look at. Will put tables in our 2010
budget.
Dwain Knuth also had an estimate for redoing the bathrooms and
painting the hall ceiling from Flasch Refinishing. For a price of
$1100.00. Will look into that more next year.
Next meeting is scheduled for October 5,2009. Motion to adjourn by Bob
Burg and 2nd by Dwain Knuth.
