TOWN OF ASHFORD

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE  that on July 10, 2018, immediately following the Planning Committee’s recommendation  at the Town of Ashford Hall, N1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. The Zoning Board of the Town of Ashford will receive its recommendation of the Planning Committee concerning the application of The Straub family Farm N2115 County Road V, Campbellsport, WI 53010. Allen Straub, N3578 Eagle Road, Eden, WI 53019 is initiating the rezoning. Purpose of rezoning is to separate house and buildings from farmland. Rezoning is 5 acres.  Rezoning will be Farmland Preservation to Exclusive Residential.

Location: SW ¼ SW ¼ EXC that part W of Road ( Section 1) That part SE ¼ SE ¼ LYG NE of Hwy ( Section 2)

The Zoning Board will consider the Planning Committee’s recommendations as well as comments from the public. The Zoning Board will take final action on the application at this meeting. The meeting is open to the public.
