PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on September 21,2026, immediately following the Planning Committee’s recommendation at the Town of Ashford Hall, N1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010 the Zoning Board of the Town of Ashford will receive its recommendation of the Planning Committee concerning the application of Douglas and Ranea Guell, N1694 Canary Lane, Campbellsport, WI 53010.

Compass Surveying LLC, N3756 Hickory Road, Fond du Lac, WI 54937 is initiating the rezoning.

Total acres to be rezoned is 40.361.

Purpose of rezoning is to rectify the issue of having 2 single family residential homes on this tax parcel.

Rezoning will be from Farmland Preservation to General Agricultural and General Residential.
