TOWN OF ASHFORD
                                             NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on February 20, 2017, at 7:00 pm at the
Ashford Town Hall, N 1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. The
Planning Committee will conduct a Public Hearing to consider its
recommendation to the Town Zoning Board the application of 8-ONE-49
LLC, 8202 Highland Drive, Kewaskum, WI 53040. Rezoning will be from 
A-1 Farmland Preservation to A-2 General Agriculture.  Rezoning will
be 11.742 acres this includes road right away. Purpose of rezoning is
to create a single family home of an original farm tract. Property is
located at W3133 St. Kilian Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. Compass
Surveying LLC, 611 Kingswood Avenue , Fond du Lac, WI 54935 is
initiating the rezoning.

Location: A part of the SE1/4 of the SW 1/4 
Section35, T13N-R18E, Town of Ashford, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin

All interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard.

Town Board members are urged to attend.
